Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

For stays under 28 nights:

  • full refund minus 3% processing fee if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in
  • 50% refund minus 3% fee if cancelled 7–14 days before check-in
  • non-refundable within 7 days of check-in


For stays 28 nights or longer:

  • full refund minus 3% fee if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in
  • non-refundable within 30 days of check-in


These policies apply regardless of weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other external circumstances.

Payments and Reservations

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Once confirmed, reservation dates are secured
exclusively for the guest, and preparation services begin immediately.
